15 August 2016, the day I lost something that was important to me at that point of time. To be very honest, even though an end to a relationship was common and I told people that we can't be 100% confirm that he will be the one because shit just happens sometimes, I didn't expect shit to happen to me. I really thought I found the partner whom I'm going to spend my life with. This may sound naive, clinche, funny or contradicting, but I really thought that way.  Definitely, I was heartbroken. I was upset. I cried. I talked to myself. Keep telling myself that if it's not meant to be it, then so be it. Keep telling myself that ending everything now is better than ending it in the future when there are more responsibilities. The day that I have been waiting for finally arrived. 我终于毕业了! :)) Graduation ceremony was on 6 May 2016, Friday. I got to take no pay leave to attend the ceremony and I was glad that my loved ones all could make it for the ceremony. I actually left house pretty early that day so I can look pretty during the ceremony heh. I had to cover that super huge acne on my nose bridge. I was really nervous to go up stage because I was wearing a new pair of heels. It was really high (for me) and I don't want to fall, but I'm glad that all was fine! :) This is taken by the HMS photog, and I'm still waiting for my photo to arrive :) Hope it will look good!! :) It was about 2.5 hours with everyone going up to receive their graduation folder, some videos, and the valedictorian speech. Haven't been updating this blog because it's troublesome to do so since I hardly use the laptop now. So I've been reliefing for four weeks, and it has been so far so good. Went to visit Gardens by the Bay for Cherry Blossom exhibition about two weeks ago. Can't wait to go korea to see the real thing!! Hope they haven't wither yet. Since boyfriend is having his Easter break, we spend more time together too. He's starting school next week. Just nice, I'm off to korea. heh. We tried shiok maki that day, really quite shiok HAHAHA. Haven't been updating for very long, partly because I cannot upload photos through the blogger app, so it's quite troublesome for me to post. Aside from that, there's nothing really interesting to update too. It's the month on March already, and it's been a month since I'm on holiday. Went to interview for a job, and I got my position. Would be starting work on 25 April, somewhere at punggol area :) so I have about another month to rest before I'm officially working. Starting from this Wednesday, I'll be reliefing at the place that I'm going to work too, to get to know the children, teachers and the parents. :) Last Sunday, went for ilight festival which was around marina area. [60/366] Cleared my to-do-list on Monday (there were only two tasks lol). Went to the temple first before heading to Raffles Medical for my checkup. It feels good to go out on a weekday because there are not much people on the street :) It was pretty fast, done in an hour so I head to British Council to enrol for the phonics class. It's really sweet, but I'm not really a fan of popcorns so I don't think I will buy it again next time? Chingay 2016 was a good experience for me because the leaders in my group are new, and the volunteers are new too :) It was fun interacting with them, and I'm thankful that the people are relatively nice :) Thank you for making it a good experience for me. Aside from that, it was my first time doing ticketing too, so I learnt something new :) 19 Feb - Parade 1 A total of six volunteers came on Friday. Some of them were new people whom I met for the first time on Friday. For the first time in the three years, it was raining heavily during parade. Despite the rain, everything continued. Volunteers continued to usher spectators to their seats, performers continued the show too. Everyone was almost drenched from head to bottom, but good job everyone!!
