WORK

this is the first time I woke up at 5 ever since poly start I think :O but it was worth it la hehe. went to MBS club to work today :) the one that's near the skypool and the view was really really good but a pity because I can't take pic of it. just when I was about to leave house, the rain pour super super heavily but thankfully dad fetch me to the taxi stand so I can walk to mrt station. thanks so much dad *insert hearts* I think they were very worried for me since this is my first time, because both of them woke up at 5 plus tgt with me hahahaha. took the first train, and ran a little mad at dhoby cause we only had one min to reach the circle line before the train depart.
 
I think i'm really lucky, because I got one of the slackest job :P I went with mum's friend cause she was more familiar with things there :) my job was to take care of the buffet. make sure it's clean and also to replenish the utensils, glasses and plates. LESSON LEARNT: EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO, MAKE YOURSELF LOOK BUSY.
 
I realize chefs are very interesting people :P today, there was this chef that looks like sheauteng's friend, but he wasn't la. turn out that his hometown is taiping which is rather near my hometown :D when there was nothing to do, he was like "你是不是很孝顺你的父母" I didn't answer la LOL WHO WILL BE SO BHB RIGHT. he told me he's learning to 看相　LOL and the next question was "你做事时是不是那种有头有尾的人?" but I just smiled la haha.
 
there was another part timer which is turning full timer next week, who talked to me during work too :) the first question he asked me was "你是不是中国来的？" ofc I shook my head la duh LOL I think cause of my nametag :P I was using someone else's and he said that name sound like a china person. the next question was "你是不是读 nursing?" I told him im studying early childhood and he replied "那你读的那个是不是跟nursing很像?" DO I LOOK LIKE A NURSE?! LOL
 
so just do my job, help mum's friend to bring the plates to the original position and all :) kept taking the lift from 55M to 57 hehe.
 
their lunch for staff is buffet lunch for everyone that's working in MBS :) anyway that's 2 person portion, not mine alone okay. im not a pig. but the food was gooood :)

went to Clarke quay for dinner with family heh. Saba fish that my dad always crave for it. but dinner was nice heheh.
 

im feeling really tired today omg :(
 
goodbye. luckily, no meeting or whatsoever tmr!!!!

today was an awesome day! :) bbq with 306, the first class outing, although there were some who cant make it. dont worry there will always be another time :) meet gillian, geraldine and regine at 3 to go ntuc to buy all the other stuffs. claire huixin tosy julia zaiqin evelyn all came to meet us cause they were at pepper lunch :) and we just took everything we wanted and dump into the trolley, fun shopping (Y) went to the cashier and make payment and the total cost was like $53.95. i didnt expect it to be so much hahaha but luckily i got enough money if not very.... we took exactly 30 min and we reached the interchange. weisheng and seetha was there, so we waited for timothy :) bbq house called and i told him we will be there at 4.30 so some of us took the earlier bus. reached there, collect the super heavy food and we played some games! :) started the fire at 5.30pm and everyone get ready the stuff at 6 :) some stayed at the pit some went cycling and some went to save a kitten. time p...

Another new chapter begins.

15 August 2016, the day I lost something that was important to me at that point of time. To be very honest, even though an end to a relationship was common and I told people that we can't be 100% confirm that he will be the one because shit just happens sometimes, I didn't expect shit to happen to me. I really thought I found the partner whom I'm going to spend my life with. This may sound naive, clinche, funny or contradicting, but I really thought that way.  Definitely, I was heartbroken. I was upset. I cried. I talked to myself. Keep telling myself that if it's not meant to be it, then so be it. Keep telling myself that ending everything now is better than ending it in the future when there are more responsibilities. I'm glad that my mind was clear, positive and logical, even though my heart wasn't too well.  I'm thankful to all the people who has comforted me.
