Week 6 end
It's Sunday again!
I was busy with clay for the past week. You can see some of my work at the end of this post :) I honestly didn't know it was so hard to do something out of clay, but I guess I got used to it by the end of the week :)
Taaadaaa, these are the jumping clay I got from Art Friend.
Only had two days of attachment this week, but it was quite busy helping out here and there.
Tutorial on Wednesday was okay. Then had llao llao with the woman :) We decided to try cookie sauce, but we still prefer white chocolate sauce :)
Thursday was a public holiday, and haze was pretty bad too.
Spent the morning with family before meeting chanel to head to the West.
Both of us with our mask. :)
Attended ECDA Conference on Friday and Saturday. Basically, it's a yearly event where all the different professors. researchers, principals, and teachers get to learn new things from the various concurrent workshop. Additionally, there are exhibition by various organisations show casing items related to Early Childhood.
Us with the Jia Jia Kai Kai Mascot at the River Safari booth :) Day 1 was pretty good. I like the music workshop I went :)
Then Day 2 was not as good as Day 1 for me.
Had breakfast with Chiling before the conference. I love traditional breakfast hehe.
Us at the photo booth :)
In short, it was definitely a good experience. I love the various exhibitions, partly cause I get loads of feebies which include a set of local books. Some of the workshop were interesting and I got to learn new things there. It was also a good platform to network as I interacted with some of the principals around Singapore :) And not to forget, I LOVE THEIR LUNCH AND TEA :D
I would have chose more interesting workshops if I was given another chance.
So here are some of my work :D heh.
Finally completed all of them and I'm quite proud of myself. *pat myself on the shoulder*
To end off the week, I went to gym with yan yan :D looking forward to Wednesday! :)
Last two weeks of attachment, I'll treasure my time there :)
Goodnight all, have a good week ahead!
