Attachment Week 2 Mid Week

It's mid week! :) This week has been so far so good, and I hope it continues to stay this way or even better :)

Went back for tutorial on Tuesday and finally got to catch up with yan. Chiling and Jacey were sick so both of us were together. Is it fate? HAHA. We didn't manage to talk for long, but still glad that I saw her! :) We are going to Kpopx Fitness together this week hehe.

Thanks for taking train with me! :) I LOVE YOU HEHE.

After which, I went to meet boyfriend for lunch and dinner since he ended early for that day. We used to always meet at dhoby cause it was convenient but I think now we are going to meet at bugis more often, so byebye dhoby. Nic has started school, which is at tampines so that explains why bugis.

We had Ma Maison for dinner.

And after dinner, I had craving for dessert so we managed to found a place. This was Green Tea Red Bean dessert. There are matcha ice cream, glutinous rice ball, red bean, cornflakes and beancurd pudding. (hi yan, I think you will like this combination except maybe the pudding.) I think this is really good hahaha.

A photo of us before we left :) All the best for school ah! :)

Went back to attachment again today. Spent about 1 hour plus assessing the first aid kit because there are two first aid kit and four portable first aid kit. Then measured some things and went for lunch. Val asked me to decide what to eat so we decided to try at a cafe called Next Door Deli. They have 15% discount for students. To add a drink and dessert to your main, just top up an additional $2.50.

Val ordered fish and chip, while I had grilled chicken. The chicken skin is crispy so it's quite good!! And I love the mashed potato!!

For our dessert, we can choose chiffon cake, eclair or sea salt brownie popsicle with Vanilla ice-cream. So both of us decided to go for the sea salt brownie popsicle. Probably is a promo combo so we only got the popsicle and with the icecream, but it still tastes good!

Then we went to meet our field supervisor at Seed Institute at Bras Basah. I expected the meeting to last for an hour but it ended within half an hour. Val said there was this photo taking camera which was very cool so we decided to visit the Singapore Art Museum. We took the photo and went into some exhibition.

It was quite funny because there was one exhibition where they had 5 wax figurines (which looks super super real) lying in something like a coffin? It looks so real that both of us got a shocked when we first saw it. The place was super dark with lights only focusing on the 'corpses' and we needed to walk past them in order to see something else. Both of us were scared, but we managed to walk past it. I was so scared that the eyes suddenly open or they suddenly wake up though it's highly not possible. I still remember myself chanting "是假的是假的" when I try to walk past LOL.

But yeah, not a bad trip to the SAM. :)
