Malaysia 7/8/15 - 10/8/15

Went back to Sitiawan during the long weekend because aik was getting married on 8 August. This was probably the worst ever journey back. We left house at 6.30am in the morning, but we only reached johor at 12noon. The jam was so so so bad. When we reached Malaysia checkpoint, it was raining so heavily that we were almost drenched. Settled our lunch at Aeon, retrieved the car, and we immediately set off. There were quite a number of car along the highway so aunt/dad couldn't drive so fast. We reached at around 8.30pm :)

Along the way, we rest for a few toilet breaks and we got yoghurt icecream with waffles at one stop. This isn't that nice, but I like the waffles! :) 

The first thing we did when we reached Sitiawan was to eat steamboat :D orh nom nom. Not a bad start :) After steamboat was just to go aunt house to rest and sleep. 

We didn't do much the second day, aunt and mum went to do their hair and went shopping awhile while I stayed home to do my assignment. 

This is what I wore! The whole set was a present from the boyfriend :) 
We had lunch at grandma's house followed by jackfruit! This is a different kind of jackfruit, which is quite sticky and I prefer this compared to normal jackfruit :) Then we helped to fold incense paper for the next day. After lunch, I did assignment :) 

Started preparing at 4.30pm because there was lots of females in the house. And you know, females take a long time to prepare, especially when there are 8 of them. I wore another dress that was bought by Nic! I love this super much! Always wanted to get such dresses, but I was afraid it won't look good on me.

The third day was spent exploring around the places. 

We went to pay respect at my grandpa's tomb for the first time early in the morning. Then we went for breakfast and came home in the afternoon. I was too tired by then so I slept. Then we went to grandma's house for lunch and we folded some incense paper for 100th day. We also visited popo after that and then went to eat chendol and went to the beach. :) 


We came back to Singapore on the 4th day. Set off at 4am in the morning, and we managed to reach Singapore at 3pm :) kudos to no jam! :)

This was a good short trip back to home, except it was very tiring because I had to clear my assignment too. I love going back because I get to see everyone there and they are just so nice. Look forward to going back during CNY :)

today was an awesome day! :) bbq with 306, the first class outing, although there were some who cant make it. dont worry there will always be another time :) meet gillian, geraldine and regine at 3 to go ntuc to buy all the other stuffs. claire huixin tosy julia zaiqin evelyn all came to meet us cause they were at pepper lunch :) and we just took everything we wanted and dump into the trolley, fun shopping (Y) went to the cashier and make payment and the total cost was like $53.95. i didnt expect it to be so much hahaha but luckily i got enough money if not very.... we took exactly 30 min and we reached the interchange. weisheng and seetha was there, so we waited for timothy :) bbq house called and i told him we will be there at 4.30 so some of us took the earlier bus. reached there, collect the super heavy food and we played some games! :) started the fire at 5.30pm and everyone get ready the stuff at 6 :) some stayed at the pit some went cycling and some went to save a kitten. time p...

Another new chapter begins.

15 August 2016, the day I lost something that was important to me at that point of time. To be very honest, even though an end to a relationship was common and I told people that we can't be 100% confirm that he will be the one because shit just happens sometimes, I didn't expect shit to happen to me. I really thought I found the partner whom I'm going to spend my life with. This may sound naive, clinche, funny or contradicting, but I really thought that way.  Definitely, I was heartbroken. I was upset. I cried. I talked to myself. Keep telling myself that if it's not meant to be it, then so be it. Keep telling myself that ending everything now is better than ending it in the future when there are more responsibilities. I'm glad that my mind was clear, positive and logical, even though my heart wasn't too well.  I'm thankful to all the people who has comforted me. I know that I still have many family and friends who love me alot. My kids were my happy pills ...
